James Wynne
James Wynne, born in Ashfield, Sydney, in 1944, is a traditional painter known for his oil renditions of seascapes, landscapes, and vintage steam trains in both oil and watercolor. With a career spanning decades, Wynne has not only showcased his talent through his artwork but has also imparted his knowledge as a teacher at the Royal Art Society of New South Wales. His passion for locomotive engines led him to create series portraits of these machines, adding depth to his artistic repertoire. Wynne has held numerous solo exhibitions in Sydney, including showcases at the Noella Byrne Gallery and Geo. Styles Gallery. Residing and working in Millthorpe, NSW, Wynne continues to leave his mark on the art world with his evocative landscapes
